First Two Fridays in December!
The holidays are a special time for us in Franklin, NC and we invite you to join with us for this most wonderful time of year during Winter Wonderland. This year's event has been expanded to three weekends and inlcudes Franklin's Tree Lighting Ceremony, Christmas Parade and Holiday Celebration the first two Fridays in December. You'll find there's no holiday quite like a mountain holiday in Franklin, North Carolina.
WINTER WONDERLAND CONTINUES RAIN, SNOW OR SHINE!
December 13 • 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Historic Downtown Franklin is transformed into a "Winter Wonderland". This event features live window displays of Christmas past, live sounds of the season outdoors at the downtown gazebo and inside stores, FREE wagon rides, refreshments, hot cider, great sales from downtown merchants and much more. Plus, the First Annual Gingerbread House contest display hosted by the Franklin Chamber of Commerce in the lower level of Franklin Town Hall both nights.
The second night of Winter Wonderland will also feature special music in the Chapel of Franklin's First Baptist Church from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Hear music from The Caroline's, Vintage, Men Macon Music, First Presbyterian Church Choir, Mountain Mist and more.

LETTERS TO SANTA (November 29 through December 15)
Throughout the holidays, you can write your letter to Santa and put it in his special mailbox in front of Franklin Town Hall. The special mailbox will be installed in time for the festivities on Thanksgiving Weekend!
